Not a Spelling Error

I know what you're thinking. I don't know how to spell pursuit, and accidentally named my blog And The Pursued rather than the (apparently quite popular) And The Pursuit. I've clearly jumped on the blog wagon too late, as blogspot wanted me to change it to something that is still available, like Moe and The Pursuit. While I do love my nickname, I couldn't quite settle on a blog with a name that sounded like an ambiguous, mob connected chase.

And so I have And The Pursued. The last two letters change so much. An action to an object. A search to the found.  The last sovereign right as man to the desire of the Sovereign One. What I do to what I am. What you are. What everyone is.

I wouldn't change one of the most well crafted and influential sentences in the English language just so my blog could have a name that mirrors the Declaration of Independence. I would add something to remind myself Who I am pursued by, and the reward of being caught.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness"...

And the Pursued Will Find Joy.
